Combat Challenge will be donating a percentage of the proceeds to the National Guard Family Assistance Program.
Registration Fee: $160. Returning Vets: $130. This registration fee covers:
- Event patch
- ID Badge
- Raffle ticket
- Open bay barracks housing with showers, latrines, and laundry machines
- Free dinner Friday and Saturday night
- Simulated Combat Challenge with military vehicles and special effects
NOTE: Personal vehicles are not allowed to roam the base or enter the field. They can leave the base and return to the barracks.
Attendees must be at least 18 years of age unless sponsored by someone over 18. Any sponsored player must play on the same squad as the sponsor.
It is the responsibility of the ATTENDEE to monitor this site including the forum for any updates.
Portions of the proceeds are dedicated to VIPs compensation, rental of barracks, staffing, role-players, food, fuel, vehicles, MAC-V, The Museum of Military History, and liability insurance coverage.
Only registered participants will be allowed on base and will be enforced by base security.
No personal camcorders allowed without prior consent while at the AO.
Non Refundable Deposit in the amount of $50 is due at TIME OF REGISTRATION.
This deposit is NONREFUNDABLE, NONTRANSFERABLE (unless it's due to a major disaster and the OP had to be rescheduled), and NONFORWARDABLE. In short, until your deposit is in, YOUR NAME IS NOT ON THE LIST.
Balance of payment is due October 24, 2008. No refund on balance portions after October 24, 2008.
Last day for D.O.R. (Drop On Request) is October 24, 2008. All DOR after October 24, 2008, simply have your attending buddy pick up your op souvenirs for you.

Separatist Force - Any combination of Spetsnaz and Russian Military

* NOTE: Teams must have a minimun of 6 players. Any team with less than 6 players will be asked switch to their alternate uniform. Combat Challenge does reserve the right to restrict the size and number of units in order to maintian an acceptable level of target identification and realism.
* NOTE: If your 6 to 12 man team has a special unit they would like portray, please contact HQ at hq(at)airsoftchallenge.com before October 1, 2008.

Leader Request: All requests for positions can be made here upon your registration. By requesting to be a force leader you hereby agree to take responsibility for a minimum 6 man force. As a leader, you are responsible for the safety and conduct of those in your team. You must insure that your team complies with all requirements including chronoing, registration, and out processing. You will be responsible for maintaining DISCIPLINE, HONOR and UNITY in your team. You must also maintain communications with staff and operations.

Photo Release
From time to time we use photos of our events in promotional material. By attending, you agree to allow us the use of your likeness, name, voice, photograph, signature, logo or trademark in such material.
Indemnification
Attendee assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend Museum of Military History, MAC-V, United States Army, Arizona National Guard, Operation Balkan Hammer, event sponsors, event VIP, fellow attendees, event management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the location.
While security personnel may be available generally for the purpose of safeguarding the general public at the event, the Attendee is solely responsible for the safekeeping of his/her own property while attending Combat Challenge. You also agree to hold Museum of Military History, MAC-V, United States Army, Arizona National Guard, Operation Balkan Hammer, event sponsors, event VIP, fellow attendees, event management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents harmless on any loss, damaged, or stolen goods while attending the Combat Challenge. The Attendee attends this event with the full knowledge that the event of Airsoft may cause bodily harm, serious injuries, loss of limbs and death.
The Attendee therefore assumes the responsibility to indemnify, defend and hold Museum of Military History, MAC-V, United States Army, Arizona National Guard, Operation Balkan Hammer, event sponsors, event VIP, fellow attendees, event management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents, including but not limited to, U.S. Department of Defense, State, Treasury, and all agencies and units within, including but not limited to, the U.S. Army, Camp Navajo and all units within harmless from any liability, claims, court actions or causes of action for personal injury or property damage which the contestant may suffer while participating in Combat Challenge.
All Attendees are expected to and shall conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Any Attendee who, in the opinion of Museum of Military History, MAC-V, United States Army, Arizona National Guard, Operation Balkan Hammer, event sponsors, event VIP, event management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents, fails to conduct themselves in such a manner may be asked to leave the event at any time without any right to a refund of fees, either in whole or in part. Without limiting the generality of the above, the possession of any firearm or weapon at the event without the express, prior written permission of Museum of Military History, or MAC-V shall result in immediate expulsion. Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are also prohibited, and illegal drugs shall also result in immediate expulsion. In order to uphold these provisions, the Attendee agrees to permit reasonable inspection of their wares by a duly authorized agent of Museum of Military History, or MAC-V. The Contestant indemnifies and holds Museum of Military History, MAC-V, United States Army, Arizona National Guard, Operation Balkan Hammer, event sponsors, event VIP, event management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents harmless for any losses caused by a breach of these conditions.
